How do you tell a lady to put her insecurities aside so the others could board the bus?

Quite an interesting scene on the bus today while I was on my way to fix a clock. I wanted to talk to his guy beside if I should confront the lady, swallowed the asperation of air in my mouth when I was taken aback by how uncouth he carried himself in public!

He thought I didnt see him picking his nose (Oh it didnt stop here)

He used his pinky to dig his ear (PCK style)

Used the SAME HAND to reach for his phone!
