Its better to desire than to have..

She taught me that phrase, one that she came up with. I find myself wondering from time to time how is life treating her but knowing her she is doing just fine.

His words have seemed so much more real to me now that I see the importance of seeking God and just soaking up all his goodness. I began to have more compassion for the people who do not know Jesus I mean time its really really short..

Operation has pretty much into end of its first week now and it can get pretty taxing on the whole when you have three shifts with only five hours of rest in between over three days. Getting to know Duncan more and with him around it makes army much more enduring and think about it I am going to finish this feb which is a couple of months time. Something I told Duncan and I would like to share with anyone reading this that as you look up to the sky think of The Creator of the Heavens and the earth. How much should we feel so at peace and blessed when we are called his children! Nothing is indeed too hard for thee.

People are getting more busy themselves as I ask how they are coping. Sometimes it gets tiring with the same answers and you ask yourself if you are caught up in the similar race. Well for me I try not to occupy myself with things that are not necessary coz life is really too short. I say we ought to have a day set aside to relax but you can say that there is labour day maybe one isnt enough.
19th May
Just ended another shift at Jurong Island and I did blocker which was practically standing on the road divider. I did a small survey to see which group of people are the more friendly or responsive ones. I waved and smiled at all the drivers in my close-to-MI2-shades...So CONCLUSION! The non-chinese are more friendly! haha. Some looked at me as if I was suppose to be stern looking and stuff hiding away our agony and increasing body heat! I really take my hat off to the CISCO officers who does the checking of vehicles coz they get very little rest with so much work! PLUS! The air pollution is so so bad that after three hours you seriously get a sore throat. Made friends with them and they are really nice ppl and all.. Believe it or not there is this female officer who is only 19! Damn! "You seriously like being with the police?!" ( She beamed away.) Amazing. But seriously you can tell she is having a hard time.
Listen. No one take their work seriously as bland as it sounds but true. Come on checking 5000 vehicles a day! I would too!
